Dr. Dre Sells Los Angeles Home For $32.5 million
It was revealed back in June, a month after Dr. Dre bought supermodel actress Gisele Bundchen and NFL’s XLIX Superbowl winning Quarterback Tom Brady. Dre had originally listed his enormous mansion for a crazy $35 million. The 49-year-old boss has taken $2.5 million less than his asking price, he is still making a good profit. Dre, is said to have purchased the property back in 2011 for $15.4 million.

The Aftermath Entertainment founder apparently paid $10 million less than the originally asking price when he purchased the power couple’s home. It is claimed that Gisele and Tom dished out $40 million over the course of four years to build their dream house, a 14,000-square-foot property was built in 2001 and features six bedrooms, a top of the line gym, library, infinity pool and even a moat. The home, which sits on 10,000 square feet of land, includes six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a wine cellar, a library, media room and a den, a breath taking view of Los Angeles’ Sunset Strip.
