LeBron To Produce Fashion Show During All-Star Weekend
The NBA is the home of some of the most outlandish outfits on the planet. From Russell Westbrook and Dwyane Wade's over the top looks to Tim Duncan's patented baggy attire, there is no shortage of entertainment when it comes to pre and post game attire.
For the first time ever, the league is capitalizing on this thanks to LeBron James' Springhill Production Company, who will be hosting a fashion show competition as part of the All-Star festivities this weekend. This is the NBA in 2015.
According to reports, the event will feature various models and entertainers as well as NBA stars like James Harden, DeMarcus Cousins and Klay Thompson. There will be three rounds: 'Boardroom', 'A Night Out', and 'Attire Worn To The game,' with half of the remaining participants being eliminated after each round.
The judges, you ask? The always stylish Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and the WNBA's Elena Delle Donne. The fashion show/competition/whatever you want to call it will take place Friday night from the Hammerstein Theater and will air Saturday at 6:30pm on TNT.
