NEWS: KANYE CONFIRMS BLACK YEEZY BOOSTS WILL BE RELEASING

KANYE CONFIRMS BLACK YEEZY BOOSTS WILL BE RELEASING
As a guest on Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club, Kanye West talked with Angela Yee, Charlamagne and DJ Envy about his polarizing Adidas Yeezy 750 Boost and revealed that an all-black colorway is indeed in the works- though they won't be an easier to get your hands on.
While Kanye previously went on the record as saying 'everybody who wants Yeezys will get Yeezys,' the initial launch indicated that his statements might not be entirely true.
“Yeah, I didn’t want them to be limited actually," West said in response to hearing aftermarket prices of the Yeezy Boost. "That’s something that the company did. I really want as many people to get them as possible. I don’t want the price to be $350. I don’t want to play this sneaker culture game where they be reselling them for high prices and stuff. I just want people to have what I made. Ain’t no limited release of the College Dropout."
Yeezy also reiterated the fact that he has much more creative freedom working with Adidas, so he's not at all discouraged with the way things have played out so far.
“Yeah, I do have a lot more [control]. At least I can do something. But any relationship that starts off, you ain’t gonna have all the control. It’s a marriage — usually the first year of any situation is the toughest.”
In comparison with the Nike Yeezys, Kanye says the Adidas Yeezy 750 Boost is actually better to play ball in, which is something Atlanta Hawks' guard, Jeff Teague, plans on doing tonight.
“You can actually play basketball in this one better than the other ones," West replied. "Because first of all, it's got Boost, which is the best technology."
Those who are still willing to shell out $350 for the high-top sueded Yeezy Boosts can circle February 28th on their calendar when the kicks will release worldwide.
