NEWS: Lil B Saved From House Fire By Teenager

Lil B Saved From House Fire By Teenager

Lil B's house caught on fire last night, and a 15-year-old boy played a big role in saving the rapper.

Early this morning, Lil B was awoken by someone banging on his door. That person was Mateo Ysmael, a resident of the same two-story duplex in Contra Costa County, CA, and to whom Lil B now admits he owes his life. An electrical fire had spread through the residence, and B was one of seven alerted to the news by Ysmael.
The rapper (referred to as an "aspiring hip-hop artist") is quoted in a local paper saying "I'm grateful to be alive. If that kid didn't come knocking on my door ..." The article also reports that he lost many of his "costumes" and music, but that the majority of his possessions are undamaged. Read Lil B's tweets below, in which he asks for your support via email.
