FASHION: Kanye West Debuts A New Sneaker Ahead Of Yeezy Season 5 Show

Kanye West Debuts A New Sneaker Ahead Of Yeezy Season 5 Show

Could this be a new Kanye collab?

Kanye West's Yeezy Season 5 fashion show will get underway today at 3pm in New York City and while the main focus will be on the upcoming apparel line, we're likely to see some new footwear as well.
Furthermore, we could finally get some confirmation on the unnamed sneakers that Kanye has recently been wearing, possibly the Yeezy Runner, which are a much different look than any of his beloved Yeezy Boosts.
The mysterious sneaks first made an appearance in early January but last night Kanye stepped out in a new white/gum colorway of the bulky, marshmallow-looking kicks. If they were an Under Armour sneaker being worn by Steph Curry they'd be getting flamed left and right on the internet but since they're on the feet of Kanye West, and could possibly be a new "Yeezy" collab, people seem to be intrigued.
Check out some on-foot images below and stay tuned for more information.

SNEAKER GAME: The Jordan Brand Poster Pack Comes Spring 2016

The Jordan Brand Poster Pack Comes Spring 2016

Attention fellow sneaker heads, we have good news
Next spring the Jordan brand will present to us a limited edition “Poster” pack that will feature two legendary and fan favored J‘s. The Air Jordan 2′s and 12′s. Covered in dark grey, black and white, these babies are ready to be rocked with next years gear. The “Wing it” edition from the AJ2 shows respect to the 1986 ad campaign, and even marks the campaigns slogan on the heel. On the back of one shoe is “Wing,” and the other features “it.”
This also captures the essence of Jordan’s game above the rim.
This was just a sneak peak of what’s expected for 2016, we’re sure there is more greatness to come.

NEWS: Former Nike Employee Pleads ‘Guilty’ to selling stolen samples

Former Nike Employee Pleads ‘Guilty’ to selling stolen samples
“DON’T Do It”
This past Wednesday (12/17) 33-year-old Kyle K. Yamaguchi of Portland, Oregon pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Portland to conspiracy to transport, receive and sell stolen goods for shipping 42 stolen Nike sneakers to a buyer in Florida in April 2013 for $62,000, according to OregonLive.
Yamaguchi worked as a Nike promotional product manager between July 2006 and January 2012. It was during that time that he ordered sample sneakers to the company’s headquarters and arranged to sell them to 35-year-old Jason Keating of Fort Meyers, Florida. Upon Keating parting ways with the company in January 2012, he then enlisted his successor, Tung Ho, as the plug and acted as the middle man between the two.
According to the formal indictment, Keating paid $679,650 for more than 630 pairs of shoes that Yamaguchi and Ho stole from Nike between September 2012 to March 2014.
Yamaguchi received a percentage of the shoe sale profits from Keating, who offered them to other collectors and small retailers across the country, prosecutors said.Police seized nearly 1,950 pairs of Nike sneakers from Ho’s home during a raid last March, according to a criminal complaint. He admitted to investigators that he had stolen hundreds of pairs of Nike Look See shoes and either sold them on eBay or through Yamaguchi, the complaint said.Ho claimed he made $15,000 selling the sneakers on eBay, the complaint said.According to a federal search warrant, Ho ordered 46 pairs of LeBron James branded sneakers in May 2012 that the company couldn’t account for. In February of this year, investigators found one of the pairs of sneakers suspected of being stolen by Ho, a limited “MVP” edition of LeBron IX shoes, advertised on eBay for $20,000.
