Big Sean Opens Recording Studio At His Old High School

Big Sean told the students at his old high school that if they achieved high scores on their ACT exam, he would gift them with their own recording studio. He kept his promise and with help from adidas he recently unveiled the 784-square foot Sean Anderson Studio of Infinite Possibilities at Cass Technical High School.
“I can’t believe I used to rap at the lunch tables, slang my CD’s in the hallways, and fast forward less than 10 years later I’m opening up my own recording studio at my old High School Cass Tech for the students! This brings me tears of Joy! Thank u for making this happen,” he wrote on Instagram.

FASHION: KANYE WEST X ADIDAS ORIGINALS YEEZY SEASON 1 PRICING INFO

KANYE WEST X ADIDAS ORIGINALS YEEZY SEASON 1 PRICING INFO

 If you're in the market for some Kanye West x Adidas Originals gear we have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that the Yeezy Boost Low will be cheaper than the $350 high-top version, and will retail for roughly $210. That's it for the good news.
Entry level clothing goods from Kanye West's Yeezy Season 1, such as sweatshirts and hoodies, will be going for around $430. Duckboots will run you about $500, as will a canvas backpack. A CANVAS BACKPACK!
Furthermore, knitwear pieces will start $875+ and range all the way up to $1650. You don't even want to know about the price of some Kanye x Adidas Originals outerwear.
But, since we're here- jackets and the like will range from $1760 to nearly $4,000. Of course, each of the pieces were made in Italy from only the finest materials, so maybe the price is warranted? Nah, we're talking about ADIDAS here, the same company that made those sneakers with the wings hanging off the back.
In any event, Yeezy Season 1 is scheduled to launch in the Fall/Winter of 2015, which will give you plenty of time to stack your chips so you can buy a sleeve of a Kanye West x Adidas Originals hoodie, or the zipper off one of the backpacks.

Pharrell Makes a Surprise Appearance at the adidas Originals Pop Up

During an adidas event last night in Soho, collaborator and GRAMMY winner Pharrell Williams stopped by to give a crowd of high school artists the surprise of a lifetime. The students were invited to adidas' pop up space to customize the ubiquitous Superstar, the model of Pharrell's upcoming collaboration with the three stripes, which is set to drop in March. Pharrell spoke to the students about the importance of exercising creativity, and of course, posed for some pictures as well. Complex was able to catch up with him after the event and discuss how adidas has been an ideal brand to work with, as well as how they've positioned themselves within the world of fashion. Pharrell also expressed the importance of the Internet and how it's helping to create a future for talented young artists.

NEWS: KANYE DISHES ADIDAS YEEZY BOOST RELEASE INFORMATION

 KANYE DISHES ADIDAS YEEZY BOOST RELEASE INFORMATION

'Eventually everyone who wants Yeezys will get them.' That's what Kanye West had to say in an interview with Ryan Seacrest this morning regarding his much anticipated Adidas Yeezy Boost release. By now most of you know the kicks will initially launch in the New York City area on February 14th.
According to Kanye, the pig-sueded Yeezy Boost- of which only 9,000 were made- will carry a $350 price tag. Speaking with Seacrest, 'Ye said;
"The shoes come out this Saturday. There are only 9,000. They're $350. I just wanna make sure we keep it safe. I've heard about people getting hurt over sneaker culture…Just be patient, we'll make more Yeezys. Eventually everyone who wants Yeezys will get them."
Of course, if you want to be one of the first to shell out $350 for Kanye's first Adidas collab, you'll need to download Adidas' 'Confirmed' app which will allow you to reserve a pair once they become available.
There's no telling the type of madness that will ensue once the Adidas Yeezy Boost officially hits retailers but you know the re-sale prices on eBay will be through the roof, regardless of what Kanye has to say about availability.
It's important to keep in mind, these shoes strongly resemble the ones that Peter Pan wore when he was getting lit with the Lost Boys. So don't go apeshit if you don't get one of the 9,000 pairs.
