Kanye West Debuts A New Sneaker Ahead Of Yeezy Season 5 Show

Could this be a new Kanye collab?

Kanye West's Yeezy Season 5 fashion show will get underway today at 3pm in New York City and while the main focus will be on the upcoming apparel line, we're likely to see some new footwear as well. 

Furthermore, we could finally get some confirmation on the unnamed sneakers that Kanye has recently been wearing, possibly the Yeezy Runner, which are a much different look than any of his beloved Yeezy Boosts.

The mysterious sneaks first made an appearance in early January but last night Kanye stepped out in a new white/gum colorway of the bulky, marshmallow-looking kicks. If they were an Under Armour sneaker being worn by Steph Curry they'd be getting flamed left and right on the internet but since they're on the feet of Kanye West, and could possibly be a new "Yeezy" collab, people seem to be intrigued.

Fabolous Will Perform During Roc Nation Sports’ Premiere Boxing Match

Jay Z’s Roc Nation Sports is preparing to broadcast the premiere of their three-event boxing package, known as Throne Boxing, between Dusty Hernandez Harrison and Tommy Rainone on Jan. 9 in New York City. Throughout the 10-round match, spectators will see some familiar faces from the hip-hop and sports realm including super producer DJ Mustard, popular radio personality Angie Martinez, and respected boxing announcer Michael Buffer plus performances from Fabolous between each fight.

The boxing match will be televised live from Madison Square Garden in the first of a three-event deal with Fox Sports 1. Ticket prices for the Jan. 9 fight range from $30-$205 and are available for purchase at the MSG box office, as well as, any Ticketmaster outlets. A dollar from each ticket sold will be donated to the Muhammad Ali Center.

Demanding Justice: Thousands Come Out To Protest Racial Injustice/Police Brutality At "Millions March NYC"

Tens of thousands of protesters poured through the streets of Manhattan on Saturday in New York City's largest demonstration since a grand jury decided not to indict an NYPD officer in the death of Staten Island resident Eric Garner. The "Millions March NYC" procession stretched for about a mile as protesters shouting "I can't breathe" wound from Greenwich Village to midtown and then to downtown police headquarters. The four-hour march was more orderly than related protests in the city over the last 10 days. At 8 p.m., about two hours after the demonstration officially ended, no arrests or criminal incidents had been reported from the march.
