Man Gets Tired Of Being Wished Merry Christmas, Gets Kicked Off Plane
Some people don’t celebrate Christmas
In a rather unfortunate turn of events, a man that wasn’t in the same holiday spirit as American Airlines was kicked off of a flight after giving an airport staff member and a couple of flight attendants a hard time after they repeatedly wished him a “Merry Christmas.”
According to the New York Post, the man was boarding a flight at New York City’s LaGuardia Airport when he was greeted with a “Merry Christmas” from the agent at the gate, to which he replied, “You shouldn’t say that because not everyone celebrates Christmas.” Ouch. Furthermore, when the woman asked what she should say instead, the man had no alternative, just, “Don’t say, ‘Merry Christmas!”
On the plane, the disgruntled passenger fared no better, receiving “Merry Christmas” well-wishes from a flight attendant, and he proceeded to confront several attendants and the pilot for spreading their apparently ill-received holiday cheer.
When the plane took off, he wasn’t on it, much to the delight of the rest of the plane’s passengers.
